We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. Because we source our unique lighting collections directly from specialized international manufacturers to ensure the best quality and price, our delivery times are slightly longer than standard domestic shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order status anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
Important Note on Tracking: It may take 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your confirmation email. This is normal as the package moves from our international facility to the initial carrier sort facility.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@luminorarc.com. We can only update addresses before the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package:
We can reship the item, but a re-shipping fee may apply.
If a refund is requested instead of reshipping, we may deduct a restocking/shipping fee from the refund amount.
Customs and Taxes
In most cases, orders shipped to the United States are not subject to additional duties. However, should any import duties or taxes apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
