How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Because we source our unique lighting collections directly from specialized international manufacturers to ensure the best quality, our total delivery time is typically 10–20 business days.
This includes 2–5 business days for processing your order and 7–15 business days for shipping.
Please note:
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons, international orders, and bulk orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
We have partnerships with leading lighting manufacturers and utilize global fulfillment centers (including locations in East Asia and the USA) to bring you unique designs that you won't find in local stores. Your item will be shipped from the warehouse closest to the manufacturing source to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We are happy to deliver our unique lighting fixtures to customers across the globe, including Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia.
Please note: International shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location (typically 12–25 business days), and international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their destination country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
Note: It may take 3–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your confirmation email. This is normal.
Orders & Modifications
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure the fastest delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@luminorarc.com.
Once the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we can no longer cancel it. In that case, you would need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@luminorarc.com. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will update the address for you. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack our lighting fixtures with extreme care, but in rare cases, damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at support@luminorarc.com with photos of the damage. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Product Questions
Are light bulbs included?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, standard light bulbs are not included. However, many of our modern fixtures come with integrated LED modules that do not require bulb replacements. Please check the "Specifications" section on the product page for details.
Are your lights compatible with US voltage (110V-120V)?
Yes, absolutely. All lighting fixtures sold on Luminor Arc are designed for and fully compatible with the standard US voltage (110V-120V) and utilize standard US sockets (like E26) or universal LED drivers.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a Two-Year Warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. This covers electrical components and workmanship.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with secure SSL technology. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; it is processed securely by our payment partners (Shopify Payments and PayPal).
