    We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. To ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, our lighting fixtures are shipped directly from our specialized global manufacturing partners. This allows us to maintain our premium standards, though it means our delivery times are slightly longer than standard domestic shipping.

    Tracking Your Order

    Important Note on Tracking: It may take 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your confirmation email. This is normal as the package is processed and handed over to the initial carrier.

    Address Accuracy
    Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

    • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@luminorarc.com. We can only update addresses before the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

    Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package:

    • We can reship the item, but a secondary shipping fee may apply.
    • If a refund is requested instead of reshipping, our standard 15% restocking fee (as outlined in our Return Policy) will be deducted from the final refund amount.

    Customs and Taxes
    In most cases, orders shipped to the United States are not subject to additional duties. However, should any import duties or local taxes apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
