Return Window & Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
1. How to Start a Return (Important)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luminorarc.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to our facility without our prior written approval. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary shipping instructions.

2. Restocking Fee (Non-Defective Returns)
All non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size) are subject to a fixed 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the careful inspection, handling, and repackaging required to maintain our quality standards for fragile lighting fixtures. This 15% fee will be deducted directly from your final refund total.
Note: No restocking fee is applied if the product arrives damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the product arrives defective or damaged, Luminor Arc will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Two-Year Warranty)
All Luminor Arc lighting fixtures are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Contact support@luminorarc.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.
