Return & Refund Policy

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping For change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, color, or no longer wanted), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your request is approved, you may ship the item via your local carrier to the return address we provide. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or otherwise qualifies under our warranty, we will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee (Non-Defective Returns) All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. The exact percentage (from 0% to 50%) is based on the item's condition, completeness of original packaging, and resale suitability. This fee will be deducted from the refund total after inspection.

1. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@luminorarc.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return in your email. We will review your request and provide you with instructions and the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

2. Packaging Requirements

Securely pack items—ideally in the original packaging. Damage incurred during return transit due to inadequate packing may void your return or increase the restocking fee.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@luminorarc.com.

5. Two-Year Warranty

All Luminor Arc lighting fixtures are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.


  • What’s Covered: Defects in materials or craftsmanship, and electrical malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects.

  • What’s Not Covered: Damage due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications, as well as normal wear and tear or weather-related damage.

How to File a Warranty Claim: Email support@luminorarc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect. If the issue qualifies, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion and provide a prepaid return label when a product needs to be sent back under warranty.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact support@luminorarc.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damage.
